BIRTHDAY 2-COURSE MEAL
TS&CS: Free 2 course meal on your birthday is valid for 7 days before your birthday and 7 days post birthday. 2 Course meal available from the set menu Sunday – Thursday all day. Fridays & Saturdays until 6.30pm. One other guest must dine 2 courses for the offer to be redeemable. Advance online bookings only. Minimum of 2 people on the birthday booking. Cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid for use celebratory days such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and others.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits
Standard booking: We may require card details to secure your reservation. For standard reservations, we ask for a minimum deposit of £5 per person for tables with 8 guests or more to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts may vary on special occasions.
Pre-orders
We may ask for a pre-order ahead of your booking. Please make your pre-orders at your earliest possible convenience. Pre-orders will be required at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Any allergies or dietary requirements must be included in the pre-order.
Cancellations
Your deposit will be refunded or transferred in full if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation.
For rescheduled booking we can transfer your deposit to another date of your choice or alternatively, transfer this to a gift voucher to use at a later date. Please note that this does not apply to any special occasion reservations, which must be noticed within 14 days’ notice, where we can transfer the deposit amount to a later date or provide a gift voucher.
Olive Tree Brasserie has the right to cancel your reservation at any time. Please note cancellation terms and conditions may differ on special occasions and will be listed at time of making the reservation.
Number of Guests
We require confirmation of the final number of guests no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate if there is an increase in numbers if notified in advance. If the number of guests decreases Olive Tree Brasserie reserves the right to retain the deposit for non-arriving guests.
Allergies or dietary requirements
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party, and we will accommodate where possible.
